Katrin Stjernfeldt Jammeh

Katrin Stjernfeldt Jammeh has served as the Mayor of Malmö since 2008, holding multiple leadership roles including Chair of Malmö Stadshus AB, Vice Chair of the City Council, and Municipal Commissioner for schools, safety, and welfare. In addition to local governance, Stjernfeldt Jammeh has been active on the global stage as President of ICLEI and in various capacities with Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner, Skånes Kommuner, and the Swedish government, contributing to committees focused on educational goals and financial oversight. An experienced leader in sustainability and municipal development, Stjernfeldt Jammeh's educational background includes a degree in Political Science and Economics from Lund University and studies at The University of Sheffield.
