Stephanie Lauren Bacher has over 10 years of experience in the marketing and communications industry. Stephanie Lauren started their career in 2010 as a Media Trainee at Edelman, where they identified appropriate media contacts for client pitches, developed media impact reports, built media lists, and pitched to media outlets. In 2011, they moved to Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Executive, where they owned day-to-day relationships with senior level clients, led the successful launch of 10 large digital initiatives, and contributed to the development of strategic/tactical planning for multiple digital projects. In 2013, they joined Meredith Xcelerated Marketing (MXM) as an Account Supervisor. In 2015, Stephanie moved to DeskSite as Manager, Marketing/Brand Partnerships, where they grew relationships with 28 professional sports teams, collaborated on business development efforts, ran national ad sales efforts, managed national brands' ad campaigns, spearheaded Public Relations efforts, oversaw company social platforms, and developed quarterly investor reports. In 2016, Stephanie joined REOL Services as an Account Director. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed as Vice President, Head of Client Delivery, Vice President, Business and Accounts, and Business and Account Lead at SOCIALDEVIANT. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for owning and developing client relationships, serving as lead strategist across all accounts, managing day-to-day deliverables/execution, managing 3rd party vendors, growing scope of existing business, and serving as lead on new business pitches.

Stephanie Lauren Bacher attended Loyola University Chicago from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and Management. Stephanie Lauren graduated with a GPA of 3.8, Magna Cum Laude, and in 3 1/2 years.
