Megan Smith

Megan Smith is a seasoned professional in client services and social media strategy, currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Services at SocialFlow by Piano since February 2022, following Piano's acquisition of SocialFlow. With a career at SocialFlow starting in January 2012, Megan has successfully assisted top news publishers and Fortune 500 brands in enhancing their social media performance and has played a key role in training clients on SocialFlow's technology. Prior to SocialFlow, Megan worked as a freelance Social Media Consultant and held significant roles at Ovation TV, where digital engagement and community growth were prioritized, and the American Association of Museums, among others. An educator in Theatre Directing, Megan earned degrees from Columbia College Chicago and UCLA.
