David Conrad

David Conrad serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Socially Determined since October 2022, focusing on the intersection of social risk and healthcare. Prior roles include simultaneous leadership positions at Healthcare Startup Thought Leaders and a prior tenure at Socially Determined, where significant strides toward HITRUST certification were achieved. David has also worked as an independent consultant, providing technical strategies and facilitating multimillion-dollar proposals, and served as President at Haystax Technology’s Intelligence Sector, where mission-critical IT solutions were developed for the U.S. intelligence community. Previous experience includes co-founding FlexPoint Technology and working at Microsoft and PPG Industries. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Grove City College.
