Terry Blankers

Terry Blankers has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, and solution architecture. In 2008, they co-founded SocialRep and served as the Solution Architect and Technical Lead (CTO). In this role, they architected and built a SaaS platform providing Market Intelligence, Social Media Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and Social Market Development services. Terry also optimized budgets and resources, and prioritized development initiatives to drive revenue and bootstrap the company. From 2005-2008, Terry worked as a Consulting Principal, Software Engineer, Solution Architect, and Technical Lead at Amrita Consulting, providing consulting and development services to a variety of large and small clients including US Navy Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and the World Bank. From 1999-2005, Terry was the CTO and Systems Architect at eBuilder, where they planned the company's technical strategy and applied it to client's needs. From 1997-1999, Terry was the Technical Lead and Systems Architect at Charles Schwab, where they developed the AdvisorSource project and designed and developed a web application, database schema, application security, and web reports.

Terry Blankers began their education in 1980 at Calvin University, studying Computer Science and Economics. In 1982, they transferred to the San Francisco Art Institute, where they completed a BFA in Filmmaking and Photography in 1985.
