Johnny Campbell

Johnny Campbell is the CEO of SocialTalent, a leading online recruitment training company. Johnny has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, starting their career as a Corporate Account Manager for Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Johnny then moved into the recruitment sector, working as a Manager for Industry & Commerce Recruitment for Accreate Financial Search & Selection. In 2006, they joined Baraud as their Operations Manager. In 2008, they co-founded Select People Ltd, a specialist headhunting firm placing professionals from the Insurance, Banking and Telecoms sectors on warm, sunny beaches, all over the world. The company grew quickly and was acquired by SocialTalent in 2010. Johnny is passionate about making recruitment more efficient and effective through technology and innovation.

Johnny Campbell has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from University College Dublin. Johnny also has a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent and is a Certified Internet Recruiter from CIPD Irish Recruiters. Johnny also holds a BComm in Commerce from University College Dublin.
