Naomi Baily has a strong work experience with diverse roles in various companies. Naomi started their career in 2009 by working as an English Teacher and Profile Coordinator at CCD Orphanage Thailand for a few months. In 2011, they worked as a Promotor at Verve Marketing for a short period. In 2012, Naomi joined Sober Lane as a Hostess Server and worked there until 2014. Concurrently, in 2014, they also worked as a Supervisor at The Odeon Group. From 2014 onwards, Naomi began working at SocialTalent, where they held multiple positions. Naomi started as a Technical Support Executive and then became a Customer Journey Manager. In 2016, they became the Head of Customer Success, and in 2018, they transitioned into the role of an Enterprise Relationship Manager - New Business. Currently, Naomi holds the position of Senior Enterprise Account Manager at SocialTalent, which they started in January 2021.

Naomi Baily completed their education at Munster Technological University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned an Honours Degree in Marketing. Naomi'sfield of study focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Bangkok Patana School in Thailand, obtaining an International Baccalaureate degree. In addition to their academic achievements, Naomi received certifications in UX Foundation Training from UXTraining.com in July 2016 and became a Blackbelt in Internet Recruitment through Social Talent in February 2017.
