Maximilien Chayriguès has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Maximilien started their career at Schlumberger as a Field Engineer and later became a Field Manager. Following this, they worked at A.T. Kearney as an Associate Consultant, where they focused on due diligence for M&A operations and led supply chain and performance transformations in various industries.

Maximilien then moved on to EMS Conseil, where they held multiple roles. Maximilien first served as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing digital workplace transformation projects and the development of the Skillisy SaaS software. Later, they became the CEO and Founder, providing change management consulting and solutions to boost digital adoption.

In 2019, Maximilien joined SociaNOVA as the Chief Executive Officer, driving the company's operations and growth. Maximilien also became a Shareholder and performed deal flow analysis at SaaS Partners, an investment holding focused on SaaS businesses and technology.

Maximilien Chayriguès has a diverse education history. Maximilien began their academic journey in 1984 at Passy Buzenval, where they pursued an unspecified field of study. After completing their secondary education in 1988, they went on to attend École Polytechnique from 1991 to 1994. During this time, they obtained an Engineer's degree with a focus on Applied Mathematics.

Following their graduation from École Polytechnique, Chayriguès continued their education at CentraleSupélec from 1994 to 1995. At CentraleSupélec, they pursued a Master's degree in Control and systems.

In 2000, Chayriguès enrolled at INSEAD, where they completed an MBA program lasting one year. This program provided him with a comprehensive understanding of business administration.
