Claudia Davila Rios

Claudia Davila Rios has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Claudia is currently the CPO & Co-Founder at Sociate AI, where they focus on building voice and vision AI assistants to revolutionize daily activities without replacing human interaction. Prior to this, they served as the CTO & Co-Founder at the same company, where they aimed to make AI accessible for everyone by closing the gap between complex AI models and their application.

Before Sociate AI, Claudia worked at Interbank as the Lead Product Owner AVI, contributing to the development of AVI-related projects. Claudia also worked at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, first as an AI Project Lead, where they focused on deploying ML models and creating value for customers and stakeholders through advanced analytics and AI models. Claudia then served as the Product Owner Chatbot TOBI, responsible for delivering chatbot developments and popularizing the use of AI assistants to improve customer satisfaction and digital transactions. Claudia also held roles as a Chatbots Data Scientist and Data Scientist at the company.

Earlier in their career, Claudia gained experience through internships at BBVA Continental, Grupo Credito, and APOYO Consultoría, where they focused on areas such as global internal networks, global markets-investor sales, and corporate finance.

Claudia Davila Rios completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Claudia attended the university from 2009 to 2015. In 2017, they enrolled in a program called Full Stack Developer at HackSpace Perú, where they gained expertise in technology. Additionally, they obtained a certification named "Technology Startup Master Classes" from SoftBank Group International in December 2021.
