Claudia Toro

Claudia Toro boasts over two decades of experience in customer service and product management, with a significant tenure at SAQ since September 2011, where roles have included Directrice adjointe in product administration and industry relations, as well as leadership positions in customer relations. Prior experience includes a directorial role in client services at Cision Québec from 1998 to 2011. Claudia's educational background includes a specialized program in retail commerce from HEC Montréal, a Bachelor's degree in organizational communication from UQAM, and a certificate in public relations from Université de Montréal.
