Marie-Claude Huard

Marie-Claude Huard is a seasoned professional in the field of training and educational development, currently serving as a Conseillère en formation at SAQ since January 2024. Prior roles include Conseillère en solutions d’apprentissage et en performance at Miyagi Solutions, and Conseillère principale in Formation at Groupe Sélection. With extensive experience in pedagogical strategy from time spent at the Ordre des comptables professionnels agrées du Québec, and as Directrice de la formation continue at Ordre des CMA, Marie-Claude has developed programs to support professional development for thousands of members. Past positions also include leadership in internal training at Monster.ca and experience in recruitment and training coordination at Club Med. Marie-Claude holds a Master's degree in Gestion de la formation from Université de Sherbrooke and a Certificate in Formateur en milieu de travail from UQAM.
