Sophie Boulay, Ph.D., currently holds the position of Conseillère in employee experience and change management at SAQ since January 2023, where responsibilities include supporting new colleagues and contributing to the strategic plan for SAQ from 2026 to 2030, as well as managing change for the automated supply chain transformation at the Centre automatisé de Montréal. Prior to this, Sophie worked at Investissement Québec for three years, where roles included Senior Consultant for cross-project support and organizational development, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion strategies. Sophie has extensive experience in communication and training, having operated her consultancy and held various academic and leadership positions, including Director of Communications for the Breakfast Club of Canada. Sophie holds a Ph.D. in Communication from UQAM and has engaged in research and teaching across several universities, with interests in political communication and media dynamics.
