Sophie Rolland-Atallah

Sophie Rolland-Atallah, MSc, currently serves as a Conseillère in change management and organizational development at SAQ since October 2018. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Change Management Consultant at TALSOM from September 2015 to October 2018, where expertise in optimizing business technologies was applied. Sophie's career also includes experience in organizational development at HEC Montréal (2013-2015), HR coordination at Spectra in 2012, and an internship at Polar Plastics Inc in 2011-2012. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Development from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management from ESG UQAM. Sophie also holds a DEC in Human Sciences with a concentration in Administration.
