Eli Picard is an accomplished visual artist and technician with extensive experience in the arts sector, operating as an independent professional since 2006. Picard has worked on public artwork projects, custom packaging for 2D and 3D pieces, and has expertise in woodworking, assembly, welding for electronic components, and exhibition installation. In addition to freelance work, Picard serves as a museology technician at Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal and has held various technical roles at UQAM and Concordia University, including teaching and demonstrating techniques in fibre and woodworking. Eli Picard holds a Master of Arts in Fine Arts with a focus on fibre from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from UQAM.
