Earlier career experience includes serving as Sector Head at Zenith Bank Ghana, where Abdul Aziz provided financial solutions to corporate customers, and as an Ag Relationship Manager at Access Bank Ghana, ensuring portfolio growth in the Mining, Construction, and Real Estate sectors. Throughout a career that began with a role as Relationship Manager at Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited, Abdul Aziz has demonstrated strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, underpinned by a BSc in Mineral Engineering from KNUST School of Mines.
