Jatinder Salwan

Jatinder Salwan has extensive experience in strategic management and human resources, holding senior positions across various organizations. At Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, Jatinder served as Director and Head of Procurement SCM and Vendor Governance, overseeing supply chain management and vendor governance for all Indian locations. Additionally, Jatinder led human resources for the SG GSC Chennai center, managing 2,000 employees and advising on HR operations and talent acquisition. Prior roles include Associate Vice President at Mphasis, where Jatinder managed HR business partnering and staffing for 10,000 employees, and Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army, focusing on human resources and project management. Jatinder also served as a Military Observer for the United Nations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Jatinder holds a PGDM in Strategy & Consulting from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras.
