Jatinder Salwan

Jatinder Salwan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, human resources, and military operations. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Procurement SCM and Vendor Governance at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre since July 2013, Jatinder oversees supply chain management, sourcing, and vendor governance across all Societe Generale locations in India. Previously, Jatinder held the position of Associate Vice President at Mphasis, leading HR operations and talent acquisition for a workforce of 10,000 employees. Jatinder’s career also includes a notable tenure as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army, where responsibilities encompassed human resource management for 3,500 personnel, and a role as a Military Observer with the United Nations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Academic qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and degrees in Defence and Strategic Studies, Personnel Management, and Science from various prestigious institutions.
