Simrat Gahlot

Simrat Gahlot has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simrat is currently working as the VP - Leadership & Behavioral Trainings at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for leading the pillar of Leadership Development and conceptualizing various success journeys for employees. Their interventions have been acknowledged in the industry and have received prestigious awards. Additionally, they design learning interventions for high potential employees and leads the Inclusion vertical.

Before their current position, Simrat served as the Head of Leadership & Behavioral Training at Société Générale from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Deutsche Bank as an Assistant Vice President from 2013 to 2018. Simrat also gained experience at Fiserv as a Manager in Learning & Development from 2012 to 2013, and at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited in Learning & Development from 2007 to 2012.

Simrat's earlier roles include Assistant Manager in Education Services Group (Behavioral) at Tech Mahindra from 2005 to 2007, Soft Skills Trainer at E2E Serwiz Solutions Ltd from 2004 to 2005, Faculty at KITES - Karrox ITES from 2004 to 2004, Senior Training Executive at Hughes Tele.Com India Ltd from 2000 to 2001, and Executive at Modi Korea Telecome Limited from 1998 to 2000.

Simrat Gahlot completed their education at various institutions. Simrat obtained a BLHP degree from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science. Simrat also earned a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development between 2006 and 2010. In 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning. Simrat also received an Honours Diploma and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing and Training & Development respectively from the National Institute of Sales, during 1996 to 1998. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts with First Division from Punjab University. Additionally, Simrat has a Basic Lab in Human Processes certification from ISABS.
