Carol Cardon has extensive experience in digital workplace services and telecommunications, currently serving as the Head of Service Desks at Societe Generale since March 2007. With responsibility for Digital Workplace Level 1 Support for over 60,000 end users and managing a budget of 5M€ annually, Carol leads a team of senior Service Delivery Managers and oversees outsourced contracts for technical support. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for both Digital Workplace Services and User Support Services, where Carol managed significant budgets, operational risks, and digital transformation initiatives. Early career experience includes roles as a Team Manager in Telecom Expense Management and Process Quality Engineer, coupled with a foundational role as a Network Security Administrator at ORNESS. Carol holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Télécom SudParis.
