Chen Ying

Chen Ying is a seasoned HR expert with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Chen served as Head of the HR department at Wing Hang Bank from 2009 to 2013, after working as an HR Manager at EF Education First. Following this, Chen held the position of Recruiter at ANZ from 2013 to 2017 and served as AVP of Talent Acquisition at DBS Bank until 2018. Currently, Chen is the VP - HR Business Partner at Société Générale, showcasing a passion for human resources and talent development. Chen holds an MBA from Shanghai International Studies University and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Charles Sturt University.
