Rachel Giannini

Rachel (Luke) Giannini is a seasoned human resources and communications executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles at AGCO Corporation since November 2015, where responsibilities include serving as VP, Global Human Resources Business Partner - Supply Chain and VP, Chief Communications Officer. Prior to AGCO, Rachel worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Change Communications Consultant and held multiple positions at Alcoa Building and Construction Systems North America, leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and internal communications. Previous positions also include senior roles at Jabil and earlier experiences in benefits coordination and human resources management. Rachel holds an MBA in Management with a focus on Healthcare from the University of South Florida, complemented by a BA in English Literature from Saint Mary's College.
