Laetitia Carpentier

Laetitia Carpentier has extensive experience in Human Resources and training development, currently serving as Chef de Projet Formation & Développement RH at Société Générale since October 2016. In this role, Laetitia oversees the training policy and manages the training budget, while also designing and implementing innovative training solutions. Previously, Laetitia worked at Société Générale Private Banking, focusing on the design and enhancement of training programs, and at Société Générale Securities Services as an Assistante de Gestion RH. Laetitia holds a Finance degree from Société Générale's internal program and has completed English language studies at The College of New Jersey.
