Marc Dunoyer

Marc Dunoyer is a seasoned professional in the finance industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Mid Cap M&A at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) since January 2017. With a tenure at SGCIB that extends back to 1992, Marc has held various roles including Managing Director and Co-head of midcap M&A, and has experience in structured finance and M&A. Prior to SGCIB, Marc worked in derivatives modeling at Credit Lyonnais and served as an officer in the Arme Blindée Cavalerie. Marc holds a Master in Finance from ESSEC Business School, an Executive Programme in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and an engineering degree in Aerospace Mechanics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique.
