Michel Zix

Michel Zix possesses extensive legal expertise, currently serving as the Head of Legal - Communication, IT/IP, and Data Protection at Société Générale since December 2006. In this role, Michel leads a team of 12 legal professionals specializing in intellectual property, communication law, contract negotiation, new technologies, and personal data protection. Prior to this, Michel held positions at Warner Music, EMI Music France, and Sony Music Entertainment, managing legal affairs and contract negotiations, and achieving notable success in rights exploitation and revenue growth. Michel obtained a Bac+5 degree in Law, specializing in IP from the University of Montpellier, and a Maitrise de droits des affaires from the Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III).
