Pascal GUILLAUD

Pascal Guillaud is the Head of the Corporate Training and Development Department at SG Russia, with a career spanning nearly 35 years within the Société Générale group both in France and internationally. Pascal has held managerial roles primarily in retail banking, as well as in human resources and specialized financing. They have successfully led the creation of training departments in Russia and Romania, directly overseeing extensive teams and developing comprehensive training strategies for thousands of employees. Additionally, Pascal serves as Vice President of the Saône et Loire Banks Committee and is currently engaged in executive management education at the Oxford Group.
