Gilles Trottier

Gilles Trottier is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as an Ingénieur moyens d'essais at Groupe SII since February 2020, focusing on test engineering within Airbus Defence and Space. This role involves designing and validating test equipment, overseeing functional and environmental testing, updating test procedures, developing testing software, and interfacing with clients. Prior to this, Gilles worked at ALTEN as an Ingénieur d’études, specializing in software development and Agile methodologies for Thales DMS Élancourt. Additional experience includes an internship at ONERA involving Lidar system integration, a testing engineering internship at ArianeGroup, and method internship roles at Safran Snecma and Hilti France. Gilles holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in aerospace engineering from IPSA and a Master in aerospace engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
