Jean-Philippe Gillibert

Jean-Philippe Gillibert is an experienced Agile Coach at Groupe SII since September 2016, specializing in coaching Agile teams and implementing SAFe methodologies, while also leading serious game development such as City for SAFe and City for LPM. With a strong background in Agile practices, Jean-Philippe has held various roles, including Practice Leader for the Auvergne Rhone Alpes community and a national expert in SII since 2021. Prior to this, Jean-Philippe worked as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Release Train Engineer at EDF, emphasizing Agile transformation at scale in nuclear systems. Jean-Philippe's career began in the video game industry with roles in development at Eden Games and Widescreen Games. Education includes a degree from Polytech Grenoble.
