Khamis Baba

Khemis BABA is a highly experienced financial and operational leader currently serving as Directeur général at Société Tunisienne des Industries de Pneumatique - STIP since August 2020, and as a Conseiller at Sciete tunisienne since January 2020, focusing on restructuring initiatives for various Tunisian groups. Khemis also holds the position of Directeur général adjoint at Tunisie Sucre, overseeing company management, contract negotiations, export operations, financial administration, and the implementation of an ERP system. Prior to these roles, Khemis served as Directeur général adjoint and Directeur Financier at WIFAK INTERNATIONAL BANK from 2007 to 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations, business planning, and the conversion of the leasing company into an Islamic bank. Khemis began the career at Groupe POULINA, progressing from Responsable commerce Exterieur to Directeur financier from 1992 to 2006, managing international trading operations and group financial activities.
