Barry Medintz is the Director at Society for Corporate Governance. Barry has also served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Rubicon Global and the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Company Secretary of Recall Holdings Ltd.

Barry has focused their career on advising companies on legal and regulatory matters, with a focus on M&A, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance, IP, Antitrust, Litigation, Insurance & Risk, and Labor & Employment issues. Barry has also managed 25+ acquisitions and divestments across the US, Europe, Asia, Australia and South America, oversaw the company's litigation and major commercial contract negotiations, implemented global compliance programs, managed its global insurance program, and resolved labor and employment matters involving senior executives around the world.

Barry Medintz has a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA with Distinction in Theirtory and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
