Shanice Goredema is a dedicated and experienced student leader at Howard University, currently serving as Student Advocacy Co-Director and First Year Experience Co-Director at the Howard University School of Business since September 2022. In addition, Shanice holds the position of HU AIM Program Director for the Howard University Student Association, focusing on mentorship for first-year students. Previous internship experiences include serving as an ESG Intern at HPS Investment Partners, LLC, and a Summer Intern at the Coalition for Green Capital. Shanice is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Howard University, expected to graduate in 2026, following a strong academic foundation at Walter Johnson High School.
