Matt Selm, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at IMG since August 2025 and has been an Advisor - Fractional COO at South Elm Results since April 2021. Selm's experience includes key leadership roles at Elevance Health as Director of Data Science and AI, and Byrider as VP of Solution Delivery, overseeing project management and analytics. As a Board Member and VP of Programs at the Society for Information Management, Selm plays a pivotal role in guiding organizational initiatives. With a robust background in project management, data analytics, and process improvement spanning over two decades, Matt has led transformative projects in various sectors, including healthcare, finance, and technology. Holding an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Management Information Systems from Miami University, Matt combines educational excellence with extensive practical experience in delivering innovative solutions and improving operational efficiency.
