Molly Rothschild (she/her) has extensive work experience in the education field. In 2014, they began their career as an Intern at the Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education. Following this, they were a Program Development Intern at Spark MicroGrants in 2015 and a Teaching Fellow at Maranyundo Initiative, Inc. in 2016. In 2017, they were a Co-Teacher at Higher Achievement and a Teacher at Urban Teachers. In 2018, they returned to Higher Achievement as a Teacher and in 2021, they became a Teaching Assistant at Johns Hopkins University School of Education. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Manager, Online Education at The Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Molly Rothschild has a diverse educational background. Molly attended Harriton High School from 2007 to 2011, graduating with an IB Diploma. Molly then went on to Tufts University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2015. In 2014, they participated in a post-genocide restoration and peace building program in Rwanda at the School for International Training. In 2017, they earned a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education. In addition, they obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Diploma with Grammar Certificate from Bridge TEFL in June 2015.
