Zhanna Ghukasyan

Zhanna Ghukasyan, MD has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Zhanna is currently working as an EHR Project Manager & Support Analyst at the Jewish Community Free Clinic since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chapter President at the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR) starting from June 2022. From May 2022 to March 2023, they were the Center Operations Director at Concentra Urgent Care. Zhanna worked as a Clinical Project Specialist at the Jewish Community Free Clinic from June 2021 to May 2022, and as a Volunteer from April 2017 to June 2021. Zhanna also worked as an Assistant Physician at The Medina Clinic from January 2021 to May 2022. Their role as a Medical Interpreter at Eastern European Interpreters lasted from September 2012 to April 2022. Additionally, they were a Staff Research Associate at UCSF OB/GYN Center for Reproductive Sciences from November 2019 to August 2020 and volunteered at St. Joseph Health from March 2017 to March 2019.

Zhanna Ghukasyan, MD completed their Bachelor's degree in Medical Doctor at Yerevan State Medical University from 1991 to 1997. Zhanna then pursued further specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Petersburg State Medical Academy named after I. I. Mechnikov from 1997 to 1999. Zhanna Ghukasyan has also obtained additional certifications including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) from ProTrainings in October 2021, Assistant Physician from the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts in 2020, and ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) in 2017.
