Viqui Dill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical communication and process improvement. Currently serving as a Documentation Specialist at Navy Federal Credit Union since October 2021, Viqui manages document review processes and advocates for Content Strategy and ADDIE methodologies. Viqui's contributions to the Society for Technical Communication include being an Associate Fellow, conference speaker, and board member, while also receiving distinguished awards for service. Previous roles include Technical Editor and Writer at HII Technical Solutions, leading to the protection of US Coast Guard systems, and Technical Communications Leader at American Woodmark Corporation, where project delivery was enhanced through communication strategies. Viqui’s career began in engineering roles at IBM and Union Carbide, building a strong foundation with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
