The Public Relations and Communication team at the Society for Technical Communication (STC) is responsible for managing the organization's public image and fostering effective communication both internally and externally. This team promotes STC's events, such as its annual conference and educational programs, coordinates media relations, oversees the Society's publications, and ensures that members are kept informed about important updates and initiatives. This includes collaborating with various chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) to maintain consistent and accurate representations of STC's goals and achievements across different platforms and regions.
