Kathleen Shevlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational management and program development within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Manager of the Senior Impact Project at Society for the Blind since 2007, Kathleen is responsible for overseeing older adult programs and establishing partnerships with various community entities. Previously, Kathleen held positions such as Senior Manager of Communication and Manager of Outreach and Development at Society for the Blind, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies and coordinating outreach efforts. Prior to this, Kathleen worked as a Community Support Facilitator at Creative Living Options, focusing on services for individuals with developmental disabilities, and served as the Executive Director at SAFE, Incorporated, where Kathleen managed a shelter program for survivors of domestic violence. Kathleen holds two Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Salem College.
