Simon Burch

Simon Burch currently serves as Head Bartender at El Rayo Taqueria since March 2022 and simultaneously holds the position of Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant at Consumer Real Estate Finance Co. since December 2020. Previously, Simon worked as a Loan Officer at cPort Credit Union from February 2021 to March 2023 and as a Field Representative with the Progressive Turnout Project from June 2020 to December 2020, where responsibilities included direct voter contact and organizing educational webinars on voting. Earlier experience includes a role as a Host at Sebago Brewing Company from September 2019 to June 2020 and a Mobile Sources Intern at the Maine Department of Environmental Protection in August 2019. Simon Burch earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine between 2017 and 2020.
