Barbara Sledz is a Digital Developer at the Society of Actuaries since February 2023. Previously, Barbara served as a Peer Mentor at Northwestern University from September 2019 to June 2022, where contributions included improving Computer Science courses by collaborating with professors and fellow mentors, specifically in the classes "Tools and Technology of the World Wide Web" and "Fundamentals of Computer Programming." Earlier experience includes a role on the Student Tech Crew at Northside College Prep, where Barbara collaborated with the technology coordinator to manage and maintain technological equipment from August 2015 to June 2018 and served as Student Leader from June 2016 to June 2018. Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University, awarded in 2022.
