Kelley McCarter

Kelley McCarter is a seasoned forestry professional with extensive experience in both leadership and education within the field. As the owner of McCarter Forestry LLC since July 2018, Kelley also serves as a Certified Forester with the Society of American Foresters, where membership has been active since 1995, involving roles such as NC Division Secretary and various committee chair positions. Previous positions include Outreach Coordinator at the National Woodland Owners Association and Forestry Continuing Education Program Coordinator at North Carolina State University. Additionally, Kelley directed outreach efforts at the University of Washington's College of Forest Resources and has a background in sales with International Paper. Academic qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees in Forestry Management and Natural Resource Administration from North Carolina State University.
