Kylee Berger

State Secretary- Treasurer at Society of American Foresters

Kylee Berger is a seasoned forestry professional with extensive experience in wildland firefighting and forest management. Currently serving as a Wildland Firefighter and Forester at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources since May 2016, Kylee is involved in private forest land management, timber sale administration, and various forest health initiatives. Additionally, Kylee holds the position of State Secretary-Treasurer for the Society of American Foresters since January 2019. Previous roles include District Forester for the Clare Conservation District and participation in forest inventory at the University of Minnesota. Kylee's academic background includes a Master's degree in Forestry from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Forest Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, complemented by an Associate of Science in Environmental Science from Rochester Community and Technical College.
