Edward Morris

Edward Morris has over four decades of extensive experience in civil engineering, management, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Fellow and Lifetime Member at the Society of American Military Engineers, Edward also contributes as a Board Member for the Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering Department Advisory Board at the University at Buffalo. As President of ECM Management Consultants, LLC, Edward oversees consulting assignments in federal procurements and strategic planning. Previous leadership roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Akima, LLC, and President and CEO of Akima Management Services, driving business expansion and operational efficiencies. Edward's career also encompasses significant positions at Science Applications International Corporation and Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation, along with experience as an elected official in the Town of Norfolk, MA, and a Hydraulic Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Edward holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
