Co-founder, Student Initiative Mentoring Program at Society of American Military Engineers

Terry Weare has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1994, they co-founded the Student Initiative Mentoring Program at the Society of American Military Engineers. In 2014, they worked as an Accreditation Evaluator at AdvancED until 2017. From 1992 to 2017, Terry held multiple roles at St. Pius X / St. Leo School, including Assistant Principal and Fifth Grade Teacher. Terry also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Doane University from 2004 to 2013. Lastly, Terry worked as a Facilitator & Consultant at About Learning, Inc. from 2002 to 2006.

Terry Weare began their education journey by completing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Elementary Education from Buena Vista University, which they pursued from 1990 to 1992. Following this, Terry pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Leadership from Creighton University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008.
