Keith Miner is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software solutions for content management and publishing. Currently, Miner serves at both the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) since October 2018, focusing on designing and implementing systems for efficient content delivery across multiple platforms. Prior to these roles, Miner worked at Holmes Corporation from April 2000 to June 2018, progressing from Senior Technical Content Developer to Vice President of Courseware Development, where a significant focus was on migrating content to DITA/XML formats and leading a team to develop profitable learning systems. Miner holds a Master of Education from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College.
