A. Ian Wong, MD, PhD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Duke University, specializing in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine as well as Biostatistics & Bioinformatics since 2021. Wong is involved with the Society of Critical Care Medicine, participating in both the Future of Critical Care Task Force and the Discovery Steering Committee. Additionally, Wong co-founded Ataia Medical in 2017 and is a member of the COVID Steering Committee for the Global Shapers Community at the World Economic Forum since May 2020. Prior experience includes fellowships in pulmonary/critical care medicine and internal medicine residency at Emory Healthcare from 2015 to 2021, alongside a PhD candidacy at the University of Pittsburgh where Wong completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Informatics. Wong holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical and Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University.
