Melissa Gonzales

Melissa Gonzales has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Melissa started their career at Catholic Charities of Denver in 2012 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed high-volume healthcare recruiting and handled various business tasks. In 2016, they moved on to Corporate Management Group as the Director of Recruiting, where they focused on enhancing client experiences and standardizing HR processes. In 2020, they joined Border Partners as the Deputy Executive Officer, responsible for program development, event planning, and financial stewardship. Prior to their current role, Melissa worked at Today's Dental Network as the VP of Talent Acquisition, where they established an effective recruiting process, trained and set goals for a cross-functional team, and ensured successful execution of new practices. Currently, they serve as the Director of External Relations & Partnerships at SHPE.

Melissa Gonzales obtained their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Northern Colorado. Melissa attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
