The Communications and Marketing team at the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) is responsible for promoting SHM’s mission to enhance the care of hospitalized patients. This team manages internal and external communications, develops and implements marketing strategies, oversees content creation for various platforms including social media, manages email automation, and coordinates branding efforts to increase awareness and engagement within the hospital medicine community. They ensure that SHM’s milestones, conferences, journals, and quality improvement programs are effectively communicated to members and the public.
