Jared Wood

Jared Wood is a Marketing and Communications Associate at the Society of Interventional Radiology since September 2023, bringing a diverse background in marketing and communications across various organizations. Previously, Jared served as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg, where responsibilities included creating quarterly newsletters and managing social media for multiple entities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Communications Assistant at Espire Services, LLC, where contract proposals were developed, and as a Staff Writer for LastWordOnSports.com. Jared has also held internships, including a significant position with the Office of Multicultural Affairs at Longwood University, focusing on campus-wide marketing initiatives, and an Internal Communications Intern role at the Sheet Metal Workers' National Pension Fund, concentrating on COVID-19 policies and employee communication. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies with a Minor in Psychology from Longwood University, completing the program in 2021.
