Anna Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows since July 2022 and as Chief Executive Officer of the Hurlingham Polo Association from February 2022, Anna has demonstrated a commitment to personal development and the governance of polo. Prior roles include Director of Operations at the Riding for the Disabled Association, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of charitable operations and policy setting. As Head of Participation at the British Equestrian Federation, Anna focused on enhancing participation in equestrian sports. With a strong background in environmental and agricultural policy, evidenced by senior roles at the Environment Agency and the National Farmers Union, Anna holds an MSc in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Quality from the University of Reading and a BSc in Geology from the University of Bristol.
