Katie Winstanley Chartered FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and management within various organizations. Currently serving as a Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows since June 2022, Katie has been the Group HR Director at Morson Group Limited since November 2017, where responsibilities include developing the Group HR Strategy and overseeing HR outsourcing for clients. Previous roles include Group Head of HR and HR Business Partner at Morson International, as well as Operations Manager at FourthLine. Katie's career began in retail as a Retail Graduate Manager at BHS. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources Management, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History.
