Society of Leadership Fellows

The Society of Leadership Fellows is a community of CEOs/Directors limited to 250 members from all industries and sectors of the UK, and also a number of other countries. Leadership Fellows agree to join a high trust Leadership Conversation at least once a year, through which we “nurture each other’s wisdom as leaders”. The aim of the Society is to enable individuals in a wide range of leadership positions to draw on the resources and the space that we offer to support them in their own development as leaders. We offers Fellows a number of ways in which to participate in the course of any one year. On our website (button above) we offer a general introduction to the Society, as well as summarising the leadership experiences of each of our Fellows. Its links and videos should tell you all that you need to know. The Society is part of the wider community of St George’s House, founded in 1966 by H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh and the then Dean of Windsor, Robin Woods, as a place where people of influence and responsibility in every area of society can come together to explore and communicate their views and analysis of contemporary issues.
