Norm Fowler is an accomplished leader in the plastics and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the President of the Society of Plastics Engineers since 1974, where involvement began as a student member. Norm has held various managerial roles at Xerox Corporation from 1980 to 2007, focusing on Lean Six Sigma initiatives and overseeing significant teams in manufacturing and engineering. In addition, Norm was the President of Keys Six Sigma, providing consulting on Lean Six Sigma program development. Academic qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Plastics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as an Associate's degree from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
